We're a small one-person operation, and we want to keep our products as affordable as possible. The honest truth is that Canada Post tracked parcel shipping costs roughly as much as our product itself — which would make an order of 100g chaga cost nearly double what it should.
To solve this, we ship everything via Canada Post letter mail — the most economical option available. This means your order arrives as standard letter mail rather than a parcel, and there is no tracking number included.
We know that's not for everyone, and we understand if it gives you pause. But it's the only way we can keep our prices fair while still getting great chaga to people across the country.
What to Expect
Your product is kept vacuum-sealed until ready for shipping, then it's placed in our product bag and packaged securely before it goes into the mail. The packaging protects the product through normal postal handling.
Orders are typically packed and dropped at Canada Post within 1–2 business days of your payment being confirmed.
Because there is no tracking, we cannot give you a live status update once it's in the mail. Delivery times below are estimates based on Canada Post's letter mail service.
